Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

At Tiny Traveller co, we understand sometimes travel arrangements get organised at the last minute (fun!), thus you’ll need your tiny travellers shipped quickly and efficiently.  

Orders placed on a weekday will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. During sale times dispatch will take a little longer than usual. Please be patient whilst we get your treasures ready as quickly as possible.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

Tiny Traveller co offers flat rate Standard Shipping for $7.95 on all Australian orders.

Jetting off on your next adventure soon? Express Shipping is also available for a flat rate of $15.00.

The delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping once your order has been processed are:

  • VIC, NSW, SA, TAS: 3-5 working days
  • QLD: 4-6 working days
  • WA & NT: 6-8 working days

The delivery time frames for Express Shipping once your order has been processed are:

  • VIC, NSW, SA, TAS: 2-3 working days
  • QLD: 2-4 working days
  • WA & NT: 3-5 working days

 For locations outside of metropolitan areas, please allow an additional two business days for delivery. These times are for shipping only and do not include order processing and dispatch time. Please note delivery dates supplied are an estimate only and there may be a delay of 1-2 business days during busy periods. 

Your tiny travellers will be shipped via Australia Post. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your order. Please note Tiny Traveller co does not offer refunds on items that our shipping partners are able to evidence as ‘delivered’. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We don’t currently ship outside of Australia, however we hope to one day! If you’re a fan, please drop us a note at hello@tinytravellerco.com.au to discuss any international queries.  

RETURNS

We hope you love your tiny travellers as much as we do, but if for some reason you are not happy with your purchases, please contact us at hello@tinytravellerco.com.au so we can arrange a refund for you. We offer a 90 day money back guarantee.

We do not accept items for exchange. If you would like to change one item for another, you’ll need to place a new order and return the original item as set out herein. 

We take all measures to ensure product images are colour matched. Please use images as a reference, however we note that there are variations between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

Please note: there are no refunds or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes, nor on products that are damaged through unreasonable wear and tear. Tiny Traveller co does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.

CHANGE OF MIND

For change of mind returns please:

  • Contact Tiny Traveller co within 5 days of receipt of goods and
  • Return goods within 14 days. 
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. 
  • Any returns outside of this time period for change of mind are ineligible.

As a small business please note Tiny Traveller co is not responsible for any shipping costs for change of mind returns and postage costs must be covered by the customer. Tiny Traveller co strongly recommends using a trackable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. Tiny Traveller co is not responsible for any items lost in transit or not being evidenced as signed for at our return address. 

An email will be sent notifying you once we have received and inspected your return. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. 

REFUND

Approved refunds will be processed minus shipping costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Where items have been shipped to you under our Free Shipping Offer, our actual incurred shipping charge (or part thereof if part of the original order is being returned) will be deducted from your refund total. This amount will be advised when you lodge your intention to return an order.

FAULTY ITEMS

At Tiny Traveller co we like to ensure our products are of the highest quality, however in the event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that is in a faulty condition, please contact us immediately at hello@tinytravellerco.com.au with proof of damage (eg: photos.)

For faulty item returns you must:

  • Contact Tiny Traveller co within 5 days of receipt of goods and return goods within 14 days. 

For approved refunds, the cost of your item/s plus shipping will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Tiny Traveller co will cover all reasonable and customary shipping fees to return the item/s if they are damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

If a replacement is approved this will be sent out to you at no extra cost.
